We will send you the tracking code of your orders to the email that you filled down when placing your orders. This email will also guide you how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 5-7 days after you receiving that email.
You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you have received the tracking number/ID. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment was handed over to us, i.e. once the shipment has left the fulfillment centre of your online shop.
We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Paypal, Credit card, Debit card or VISA. So you can choose the most suitable one for you. All products are listed in US Dollar, our system will automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when placing order.
Please note that we are only able to make change to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email email@example.com within 24 hours after placing your order.

So please check the goods carefully before sign up.
2.If you are not satisfied with your purchase after signing up, please contact us (service@GoodSeagle.com) within 9 calendar days after the order is received, and applying return or exchange referring to the following rules:
a)For refund: We will refund 50% of the goods value to you(please noted that the freight is not refundable)，and we will inform our carrier to collect it from you. Please make sure the returned items are in a saleable condition. Once we receive your package, we will promptly issue a refund to your account or cash by the carrier.
b)For exchange: We will charge a $10（Convert into local currency） service fee (Including the freight).We will inform our carrier to collect the item from you and send you the new one.
c)The item is not on the Non-Returnable list as below:
1)Return request is made outside the specified timeframe, of 9 calendar days from delivery.
2)The product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
3)Clearance items clearly marked as non-returnable and displaying a No-Return Policy
4)Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
5)Any consumable items that are used or installed
6)Specific categories like beauty & fragrances, fragile items, hygiene-related items, innerwear, lingerie, socks, swimwear and clothing freebies.
